Yes! I didn't even eat the fruit I had pre-logged in case I needed a sugar fix. Tea and a nice phone conversation with a dear friend was all I needed tonight3 -
I started this challeng late in July and it has helped me tremendously! I cannot tell you how many times I opened the kitchen cabinet to reach for a treat, realized I’d ruin my streak, and shut the cabinet without indulging.

I’m in...starving during the day, and eating at 11:30 pm = no weight loss and slightly miserable0

o0o0o0o I was so tempted when i got up in the middle of last night to snack (2am snacks are sneaky because who remembers eating in the middle of the night?). So far Me: 2; LNS 12

I was able to not snack on:
- brownies
- blueberries shortbread
- carrot cake
- bacon
last night while I was making breakfast burritos for my kids.
All those goodies were just on the counter calling my name, but I held off (because I was stuffed from dinner).

So here is the deal, I came he from the gym late and hadn't even eaten my non exerciae cals, so I had a healthy dinner and stoll some cals left, so I had nuts&dates instead of cookies, brownie or other delicious stuff. So I'm gonna count this as a win for me
