Been so busy lately I'm behind in welcoming everyone. Welcome to the September challenge! A few late starts, but it's never too late to start, so welcome! Those of you returning this month, it's great to see you back! Those of you who are new, simply post your goals, and your daily results as you get time. Life gets in the way sometimes so if you don't post every day that's completely fine. Just post a running total when you get the chance.2

Not setting a goal this month and just going to see where I can get. I've really been struggling lately and hope to get back to consistent planks but finding it's hard right now for some reason.

No worries. It happens. I changed up my workout routine for the rest of the summer/fall and had to drop from 180 to 120, and even at 120 it's tough to keep up. I'll go back to my Winter routine, or something similar once it's too stinking cold to be outside but until then it is what it is. Trying to spend as much time in the sun as I can, and on those days I don't always have the time for planks. I managed it this week but last week I did not on the days I was out walking/running. This weekend it's supposed to rain rain rain here, so I may stay inside and get them done. ;P1
