    Hi, I started using this and actively exercising about 3 weeks ago! I’m 58 and need to drop about 100 lbs. I’m down 15 in 3 weeks with healthy eating and walking daily. I’m thinking this is a good venue for support!!

    Good morning. I've got to stop complaining about the NJ heat and humidity. So I won't mention it today :) Good Vinyasa Yoga class last night, but no running because.....Carpe diem!

    Happy Thursday. It's cooled off here in Ontario. It's drizzly too. It feels like fall. Kind of.
    I have lots to do today but I think I will try to go skate. It hurts my shoulder but I have physio tomorrow, he can fix it right???

    still here....and still 45..LOL
    things were going really well......lost 13 pounds in 3 mnths...was 8 pounds from my goal
    I didnt weigh-in for 2 weeks...but when i did i was not too happy that I went up from 138 to 139....
    NOT terrible (I know that), but after counting all my cals and sticking to my 1400 cal plan...doing everything right it was a little discouraging.
    I made matters worse by getting upset and ate a ton of horrible junk food (donuts cookies...crap)....but one bad day is behind me, and im back on the wagon...hoping to hit 130 by Jan 1 (think reasonable plan)
