    I'm late to the party....I have done other plank challenges and always fall off course once it's over. So I'm in and hopefully will get more each month. My goal from today through 9/30 is still 60 minutes!

    9/5/18 - 1 minute elbow plank
    9/6/18 - 2 minute total elbow plank (broken into 1 minute segments)
    9/7/18 - no plank
    9/8/18 - no plank
    Total for the week - only 3 minutes (gots to do better!)
    9/9/18 - no plank - traveling all day
    9/10/18 - 2 minutes total (elbow plank)
