I put on some knee socks - and they came all the way up to my knees!!!!37

Went clothes shopping for a new pair of jeans as I have exactly 2 pairs of pants that stay up without a belt/drawstring... Common weight loss issue... The clerk suggested a slim fit, skinny 27L... Holy crap a 27!!!! In juniors. Then she said that I'm lucky that I can pull off any style of jeans I want because I'm "athletic", so I never look weird in different style. A 27, and being decribed as "athletic" by a stranger.42

This is seriously the best feeling! This isn't recent – it happened about 10 years ago the first time I lost weight. I was browsing swimsuits in the plus section and a saleslady came up to me and said, "Honey, these are women's. Your section is over here!" and pointed to the regular size section. I still remember that vividly.23 -
I had a second NSV that didn't dawn on me was an NSV, till I thought about it. Took kiddos to McDonald's, was asked to help fetch a child that was throwing a tantrum in the play area as "I can get in there and get him" by thier very distraught parents. And, yep I easily crawled through the tunnels and stuff to fetch the 4 year old refusing to leave and throwing a fit.33

My feet are getting skinnier. I put on my heels today and they keep feeling looser at the sides. Maybe in 10 pounds or so I can get regular width shoes instead of wide width. (:29

From being at a place where I wasn't sure if the largest size the store carried would fit me to getting a new winter coat ( yes its coming ) and fitting into a size medium easily. From size 20 to an 8/10 currently. Goal is size 633

I have been at a stall/gain cycle for the past 6-7 months really, can't quite seem to get anywhere lower in weight atm.
Was worried about my 'interview shirt' this morning. Yunno, the one top I have that looks decent enough for an interview and isn't really baggy yet comfy (plus I get to wear jeans and tshirt at my current job now which is wonderful - but does mean less work clothes have been purchased)
It still fits easily and doesn't pull around the buttons like I was worried it would, and the gfs jacket still fit well enough to go over the top! yay!
So although I have gained, it isn't showing in my clothes as yet, and I am starting to feel like I can get back on track and actually stick to a deficit for more than a week!32 -

I did not eat my feelings when someone called me a fat @$$ when I was walking to my car. I journaled my feelings, played my piano, looked at my trending downward weight and cried a little bit and moved on. Success! Although not going to lie, I hate people a little more now, present company excluded.
I'd have to bite my tongue and suppress the retort that it would be better to be a fat *kitten* than a dumb *kitten*. By not being a dumb *kitten*, I know better than to make fun of others.
But I made many trips to the principals office years ago when I was in school and you could still get a spanking for being a smart *kitten*.

Pulling on the first pair of tights I grabbed this morning, without worrying about whether or not the legs would be long enough to reach my crotch or the top large enough to fit around my middle without rolling down over the course of the day.
Seriously, it's now 4:30 and I haven't had to adjust the damned things ONCE.
Major life goal unlocked37 -

People are utter *holes, aren't they? Although, when you come to think of it, you're a thousand times better off than they are -- no matter what your weight.
After all, you'll be smaller (or not) but they'll always be the kind of ****** who would yell an insult at a total stranger on the street.17 -
A coworker called me skinny today.
Then I got home from the gym and my husband called me slim.
Then, on the way to bed, I was nearly to 10K steps, so I did 50 jumping jacks to get me there. Didn't just walk in circles, actually did something that got my heart pumping!31 -
I tucked my cup next to my hip in The car seat today.24

Raised my avg steps by 1000/day this week.23

The "you're to skinny for this section", even if it's said in the meanest and rudest possible way, is one of the greatest things a person that is actively losing weight can ever hear.
I exercise for health, even though sometimes I can do a lot (exercise for mental health too- my daughter is 17 and I'm back in school aka my classmates are her age 😵🤪🤬). I have never thought of myself as athletic, ever.19 -
I ran a steady 6.5 mph doing C210K, all the while my size medium tights were falling down. The scale isn't moving much, but my pants are getting so loose!27

So, I do some extreme workouts near daily, so usually onlookers might be impressed. But lately, I've been impressed. I even considered competing. But then I found out you have to wear a singlet and decided against it for now. No one wants to see that, LOL! Maybe when I'm down another 20lbs.
But not just the lifts, but the flexibility has improved greatly. Even handstands are easier to get into. It was like, weeks of workout after workout was meh, blah, whatevs, better than nothing, then, suddenly, wow, wonderful! It feels like I'm on a new level. Can't wait to get back to gymnastics class now!

501 days on my journey, 365 days maintaining my weight loss achievement. Feeling great and I learned to like myself again. Who would have ever thought losing weight could be so empowering..37

I did this! (I have no idea why the video is sideways.) I believe the chain is 12 pounds.

Yesterday was my boss' birthday. Someone came and cooked for us, and I ate only steamed shrimp and corn on the cob and maybe 4 french fries. I also (more importantly) resisted double chocolate cake and ice cream! Looked up the calories as closely as I could approximate and decided it just wasn't worth it to make it fit. And today, the cake is still on the table in the kitchen, wafting its chocolatey goodness through the air... and I am still resisting!40
