It took me a while to find my last post but I found it! I thought I had gained so this chart is great. I weigh daily and I drunk a full bottle of wine Friday and Saturday I was up to 213! Aaahhh when I went back down to 207.7 yesterday I was like oh no I am still heavier! Haha but when I typed it in here I was like NOooo I have maintained a loss. Ugh scales... I hate them. I like the way this check in works though it keeps me focused. It also points out to me how hard I am on myself.

Sept. 17: 211.6lbs. Not a big loss, but that's not surprising. I wasn't really on top of my food choices until the last few days. I've been feeling better about that, though, so hopefully next week will bring better results!

Rather depressingly nothing this week off the scales, I thought that this first month would be a doddle with so much to loose but I'm four lbs over goal. Will need to review whats going wrong as believe I've tracked correctly. On the positive side, there was half an inch off the tape.
