I had a great belly laugh with a complete stranger

I got to meet a tripawed doggo at the hardware store. Reminded me of my old boy I lost last year.

Something made me think of Star, she was my best friend ever and the best dog a boy could ever ask for.
We did everything together, she was more than a dog to me and I know I was more than a human to her.
I rescued her from a puppy mill. When I took her to the vet she was so sick, so emaciated and had every parasite and worms, the vet encouraged me to put her down.
I refused and thank God I did, she was my guardian angel and still is today.
If there is a heaven and I truly believe that there is. I believe she will greet me when I get there and we'll run together and play fight and snuggle as we once did.

Using up the last bit of some old Batman wrapping paper for my brother's gift and imagining that he'll enjoy watching his little one tear it open for him as much as he appreciates what's inside.
Also - novelty Halloween bandages in the dollar spot at Target. I always have a non-food treat for trick or treaters (plus candy!) And the kids seem to gravitate towards that. I think they'll like them.2 -
Nothing so far. But I remain optimistic that something will.1

Getting my evil arm implant birth control removed and the following conversation with my mom and sister. Sister says her pull out game is strong and I ask her is that how she got her two kids and my mom said she used that method too and only got pregnant five times.2

My youngest conferences. Her teachers always have such glowing things to say about her and it just makes me so very proud.1

A little kid crazy dancing in the back seat of a truck... Windows were down, arms were flailing, just the freedom of being so young and unencumbered.1

I got accepted into school to get my certification to become a medical assistant! So thankful!!!3
