            I'm finishing up a September weight loss challenge, so I thought this would be a good thread to join. I've been losing slowly, only about 4 pounds this month, so instead of worrying about losing a certain amount per month, I'm just concerned with losing each weigh in. So let's do this!

 STARTING WEIGHT AND DATE WITH MFP (MY FITNESS PAL): 260 lbs (January 2015)
 CHALLENGE STARTING WEIGHT: not sure yet. Made a 30 day No Weighing Challenge for myself... September 1 will be the 30th day and I can weigh myself then (and get a new pair of work shoes!) If I had to guess, I think I'm 235 or 236 now. I wrote goals down in my journal. The plan is to lose 4 pounds a month.
 I will weigh once a month since week to week fluctuations are too discouraging for me.

            Peaked a little soon this week, normally weigh in on a Sunday morning but it will not be an accurate weigh in tomorrow as will not have my own scales to hand. Very happy with the two lbs this week as it finally goes to show some hard work is paying off.

 Sept 03: 180.0 Holiday and Birthday Celebrations got the best of me. Back on track TODAY!
 Sept 10: 177.2 Finally under starting weight. Must stay focused.
 Sept 17: 179.4 September is proving to be a struggle for no specific reason. I’ll never make Sept goal but I’ve got to get this under control.
 Sept 24: 176.0 3.4 down since last week. Yay. Had to work my a.r.s.e. off just to get under my starting weight. Bad month for me overall but my weight is still going down. I just had hoped I would stick to plan better and get the scale down quicker. Onward toward October which involves a lot of travel and restaurants for me. Fall is the hardest weight loss season of all for me as November and December will be toughies too. Fingers crossed…..
 Sept 30: 173.8 Wow! I’m so glad I listened to Tish and weighed in the last day of the month too. I feel more on track for sure! Even with my travel day this week, which blew my plan and goals, September turned out better than I’d hoped.
