I agree with @karenesg . It is UNBELIEVABLE how well everyone has done so far in this challenge. I am sure there are so many NSV's too. I would love to hear about those. Sept 17: 179.4 September is proving to be a struggle for no specific reason. I’ll never make Sept goal but I’ve got to get this under control.
Sept 24: 176.0 3.4 down since last week. Yay. Had to work my a.r.s.e. off just to get under my starting weight. Bad month for me overall but my weight is still going down. I just had hoped I would stick to plan better and get the scale down quicker. Onward toward October which involves a lot of travel and restaurants for me. Fall is the hardest weight loss season of all for me as November and December will be toughies too. Fingers crossed…..
Sept 30: 173.8 Wow! I’m so glad I listened to Tish and weighed in the last day of the month too. I feel more on track for sure! Even with my travel day this week, which blew my plan and goals, September turned out better than I’d hoped.

OCT. 01: 174.0 I had a choice yesterday. -stick to plan or have that M & M cookie icecream. I chose both. I had a great low carb & low calorie day and evening. Then I had the icecream at night. I hate to undo everything I’ve done all day with late night snacks, but I caved in to a weakness. I must tell you that I bought a box for my son and his friend staying the night. I gave them theirs, then I took the box out to my garage freezer which is an acre away, down a very dark path where I have personally seen deer, fox, snakes, coyote, and even a bear (among other things). Even under those circumstances, and in the rain no less, I went and got that icecream for myself at 2:00 a.m. I have a lot of work to do. I am still not as strong as I hope and intend to be. My victory is in seeing that so I can work on it. I’m not blind to my triggers anymore. It showed up on the scale as 0.2 gain. Not too bad. I’m Thankful and Grateful because it could have been worse (and usually is). I will be an especially good girl today to make up for it.

I'm trying not to weigh myself right now, but I'm currently in a size 18/20.
My goal for October is to be in an 18 completely by the end of the month.
My goal for November is to be in a 16 by the end of the month.
My goal for December is to be in a 14 by the end of the month.

it depends on your body. for you it could 100% be possible, but it all depends on where your body wants to lose weight first.3 -
@deepwoodslady, Thanks Donna, it seems to be sticking, but you know fluid retention is never far from me. Even today's weight reflects the fluid. You are doing very well, BUT DONNA, NO. I don't care what you are craving, walking down a dark path an acre away in the middle of the night? No. With snakes, deer, fox, coyotes and bears! that you could encounter and be injured? DOUBLE NO GIRL! PLEASE PLEASE do not do that anymore.❤
