    I agree with @karenesg . It is UNBELIEVABLE how well everyone has done so far in this challenge. I am sure there are so many NSV's too. I would love to hear about those. Perhaps a little comment each week if your are especially proud of something or have a great tip to help. I learn so much from MFP. Thanks to everyone who shares their experience, their triumphs and their woes. I learn from Everything. I will continue to try to share mine as well. Thanks to All Of You, I know I am not alone in this journey.

    I'm trying not to weigh myself right now, but I'm currently in a size 18/20.
    My goal for October is to be in an 18 completely by the end of the month.
    My goal for November is to be in a 16 by the end of the month.
    My goal for December is to be in a 14 by the end of the month.
    *** Is this realistic??

    it depends on your body. for you it could 100% be possible, but it all depends on where your body wants to lose weight first.

    @deepwoodslady, Thanks Donna, it seems to be sticking, but you know fluid retention is never far from me. Even today's weight reflects the fluid. You are doing very well, BUT DONNA, NO. I don't care what you are craving, walking down a dark path an acre away in the middle of the night? No. With snakes, deer, fox, coyotes and bears! that you could encounter and be injured? DOUBLE NO GIRL! PLEASE PLEASE do not do that anymore.❤
