    03/10 2 x 30s = 60 s
    04/10 2 x 45s = 90 s

    total 240 s = 4 mins
    So far all forearm planks.

    An added bonus is that while I'm down there on the floor I do another 5/10 minutes of various abs exercises, leg raises, knee exercises etc.
    (I'm 68 with arthritis in my knees so once I'm on the floor, I'm going to make it worthwhile ....)
