I'm 5'5 and around 121 and for me maintenance is under 1750, i can go over it and be fine, which is rare because most days i am around 1300-14003

I don't know how old are you, but that's what the online calculator I use says for your stats.

I'm 5'4", slightly heavier than you, and maintenance is about 2200 or so. I'm very active, and fairly muscular -- both of which are huge drivers.1

Not yet in maintenance, here to catch tips yay for 5’4 buddies5

I’m 5’5, maintenance at 2150 but I mainly go over because I’m always on my feet all day (teacher) so I’m always pretty hungry so I range between 2100-2300 most days. I lift 4x a week, I walk a lot and always on my feet at work as I mentioned!2

Experience counts more than calculators. So-called calculators estimate, they don't actually calculate. If you're still losing, bump up calories gradually until you level off. If you add 100 per day once a week or so, and (horrors ) overshoot, it would take a month to gain a pound at 100 calories above actual maintenance - pretty correctable.
I'm 62, 5'5", 133-134, near sedentary outside of intentional exercise (average 6000-ish steps most days) and maintain around 2000-2100 net, maybe 2300 or so gross. That's a bit approximate, since I eat uneven amounts daily, and am sloppier with my logging now that I'm in year 3 of maintenance. For sure, I lose slowly (maybe 1-1.5 pounds or so a month) but observably (with a trending app) if I net 1850.9 -
1610 and most days I am finding I don't meet that threshold. I usually hover around 1K-1200 calories.7

I'm breastfeeding a toddler and she's very active so I'm constantly running around after her and picking her up etc etc etc. I'm losing weight on 2000-odd calories per day. I don't know what my maintenance calories are because I'm only logging now that I want to lose weight.1

I'm 5'4.5" 123lb 40yo. I've been tracking and calculating my maintenance calories each month since January. My range is 1572 -1982 with an average of 1845. My average is decreasing each month - I suspect due to weight loss over the year (started the year at 133) and switching from a cardio-based routine to strength-based routine.
My goal this month is to move a bit more because I find that 1700 calories avg/day works for me. Trying to stay under 1600 cal/day is tough!1 -
I'm 5'4 (and 1/2!) 125lbs and usually lightly active. I'm eating around 1700-1800 to maintain. I know I could be more active and probably push that up to a nice solid 1900, but I haven't done it yet4

Hi, I'm 5'4 age 55 and 9st 4lbs (59kg, 130lb) I maintain at around 1700/1800 give or take. I find it harder to be more accurate than that. I find it very interesting to know what other women about my size can maintain on. It seems there is a wide variety of answers.0

5'5", 145 pounds, 37 years old, lightly active (walk a few miles a day) and essentially maintain at around 1500. 1500 is hard for me so I usually spend a couple of months eating around 1400 to try to lose, get hungry, eat around 1600 for a couple months and gain and start the whole cycle over again. Every 4 months, like clockwork for two years now It is what it is.4

16-18's range but that also depends on activity0

At 154 pounds, my maintenance right now is around 1900ish. But I'm still losing. 5ft4.5in and 24 y/o0

5'6" 115 lbs. I exercise in one form or another about 30 minutes per day, track daily and maintain on 1400 calories. Sometimes I eat back exercise calories and sometimes not. Slower metabolism at advanced years. Wouldn't it be wonderful to maintain on 1500+ calories per day!2

Can I join in? Okay technically I’m 5’3 but in my heart I am a LOT taller. Weigh 118pounds, 44 yrs old and maintain on about 2100. I lift 5 times a week and do some hiit.1

Wow, ladies with 2000+ calorie maintenance have it awesome! I'm not at my goal weight, currently weigh 156.8lbs and my maintenance is 1890. My goal weight (first one atleast) is 135 lbs and mfp claims my maintenance will be a measly 1680....primarily because I am sedentary for the majority of the day and only go on a 30min walk on lunch breaks.
Question, how active are you ladies with 2000+ maintenance? I'm wondering what I will need to do to get my tdee that high once I reach maintenance.0 -

My TDEE is not over 2000, but this thread has some great suggestions in the meantime:

it amazes me that people a similar size to me maintain on so little. i am 5ft5 and 135lbs and maintenance is roughly net 2000 for me.
i don't think of myself as particularly active outside of exercise either... i usually get around 6000 steps per day. i work out 5 x a week 30-60 minutes (plus 1 long run of 90-120 minutes) running/cycling/strength training.6 -
I'm 5'4, 27 years old, and when at my goal weight of 154lbs I maintain right around 2200. I eat 2000 usually to try and make up for days I know I go over, especially during holiday season.0
