    5'5 3/4" 1/2" (7/12/18) ...according to the doctors...I used to be 5'7" then arthritis nailed me pretty hard. I liked saying, 5'7"!!

    I don't weigh myself during TOM, too depressing! That's why I haven't posted. But now I've snapped out of the water weight and I'm actually at my goal weight for October! I will try to maintain it or even lose a bit more. Should get harder in Nov / Dec so I could benefit from being a few pounds ahead!

    Honestly I'm full of flu at the min and have no motivation to do anything :(

    Its so hard as the weather is turning now and everything. I'm trying but not succeeding. Given myself until end of October to get back in the zone.

    I'm carbing like you wouldn't beleive as i'm not well, As of today I am 21.00 up pre holiday its shocking

    OCT 19 = Day 13 of this crappy illness


    I am sorry to see that you have been so sick. I just wanted you to know how proud I am of you and how much I am inspired by your dedication and stamina! Even in the wake of illness and weight gain you have continued to post and keep accountable. Sometimes I just want to stick my head in the sand and hide, but yours is the winning attitude!

    Weight lost this week: well over 2lbs since last weighing, I'm thrilled to bits. Given that we did a lot of eating out and stuff. Guess the walking everywhere compensated nicely.
