I will try to maintain it or even lose a bit more. Should get harder in Nov / Dec so I could benefit from being a few pounds ahead!

I am sorry to see that you have been so sick. I just wanted you to know how proud I am of you and how much I am inspired by your dedication and stamina! Even in the wake of illness and weight gain you have continued to post and keep accountable. Sometimes I just want to stick my head in the sand and hide, but yours is the winning attitude!
