    @pizzafruit - Hang in there! I started work on improving my health and losing weight in mid-January. It then took several months to start actually losing weight. First I started eating better, more nutritious food. I did just that for a while. Next I had to get in the habit of measuring and logging food. After that was a solid habit (about 3 weeks), then I started working on eating at a deficit each week. And once I started that, the weight loss was not steady; I have had faster periods and slower periods. Keep working at taking action and improving habits, and you WILL get there!
    If it would help to get more support as you work on all this, I am a member of an MFP group that has daily checkins (how did you do today at keeping to your current plan for yourself re. food, water, exercise?) and very supportive conversation. Check it out and feel free to sign up if that kind of support would be helpful. (I am in it. I love this Challenge, and also love having the daily checkins with this group.)
