    200 jumping jacks done... 100 mountain climbers done..... 20 lunges done... 60 crunches towards goal....under calories!!! Super hard today!!!!

    Daily challenge = check
    Calories = under

    and 200 crunches towards the team goal of 4000.

  • Under calories, over water, did all challenges. Thanks for letting us know that mountain climbers and lunges were supposed to be each side - I didn't do them correctly last week!

    Jumping jacks, mountain climbers and lunges were done yesterday. I did the jumping jacks and lunges while we were at the lake. Ouchies for the water resistance!

    Again, I'll get in as many of the crunches as I can between Friday, when we get home, and Sunday. I'm interested to see what weigh in looks like on Monday...

    TEAM WITHERING A WEIGH: I was bummed today when I stepped on the scale. I know, I know - really shouldn't weigh daily - but I do - and the past few days have been gain. Even with me under my calories. So I reached out to my friend and she had encouraging words and let me know this happens.

    Today's challenges are: 3 sets of 21’s + 200 Jumping Jacks + 3 sets of 12 woodchops (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xLcsg-5Dw8 ) and DON'T FORGET THOSE EXTRA CRUNCHES!!!

    MOVE IT TO LOSE IT!!!

    I just wanedt you all to know that if it where not for YOU all I don't think I would not be encouraged enough to continue on. I am not loosing and I look the same, which is very depressing. Fortunately every time I read one of your post or see that you have made it through the day, it truely helps me THANK YOU TEAM from my heart.

    Thursday 18Aug11 Report:

    Morning:
    3 sets of 21’s-check
    200 Jumping Jacks- check
    3 sets of 12 woodchops -check
    50 crunches

    Evening: Sucked I did not do my usual workout, but instead pigged out on Duck. :(

    I did good on water, however I was over in my calories...

    I wanted to do Zumba yesterday night, but I got some bad news and was depressed lying on my couch and ate a bunch of roasted duck.

    I will do better today... I promise.

    I haven't eaten much today, will try and pick up some calories on my way out of town to see my dad who is in the hospital and the rest of my family, have a great weekend.:smile:
