I wasn't joking about doing karaoke right now. I know, sometimes it seems like I joke about stuff, but actually I'm quite a serious person.
I'm actually quite Gothic.
By Gothic I mean a Germanic tribe who are frequently referenced for their part in the fall of the Roman Empire and their subsequent rise to power in the region of northern Europe, initially in Italy. The ones first referenced by Herodotus, as Scythians.
It should be noted that Herodotus was inclined to sweeping definitions of people whom he considered "barbarians" and perhaps designated the Goths as "Scythians" simply because they lived in the regions surrounding the Black Sea, traditionally Scythian territory.5 -

oh man- there's this old audio drama (not "book" you know, like this has got fully acted parts by different actors) out there of Stephen King's Salem's Lot, and Doug Bradley voices the master vampire Barlow and he is terrifying in it. highly recommend.0 -

I'll look it up. You ever listen to Boris Karloff's "The Vampire Sleeps?" It's like, 5 minutes...highly recommend it (hope I got the title right, my memory isn't worth much)1 -
