    Morning:
    3 sets of 21’s-check
    200 Jumping Jacks- check
    3 sets of 12 woodchops -check
    50 crunches

    Evening: Sucked I did not do my usual workout, but instead pigged out on Duck. :(

    I did good on water, however I was over in my calories...

    I wanted to do Zumba yesterday night, but I got some bad news and was depressed lying on my couch and ate a bunch of roasted duck.

    I will do better today... I promise.

    It’s been such a busy week at work...so happy it’s now the weekend!

    Here’s the breakdown of my day:
    Water = check
    Calories = OVER - Went off the rails a bit at lunch; ate Mexican food :( Will rein it back in for the weekend.
    Daily Challenge = check

    Challenges done. Ugh burpees. Under calories by some act of God! I ate a lot today. Over water, and 100 extra crunches done... have to fit in 200 tomorrow to get my 1000 finished.

    I had pizza. I never want to have it again. I feel like crap now.

    I used yesterday as my off day. I'm going to do the burpees and crunches today. I may to the extra 2 miles as well, then spend Sunday crunching my abs into oblivion.

    Biked 2 miles after working out... bad idea. Almost felt like I wouldn't make it home. Anyway, burned enough calories to enjoy Houston Restaurant Week tonight and not go over! Yeah!

    Also finished my 200 crunches to make my total 1000.

    Have been drinking and will keep drinking to go over the total today.

    P.S. Hurt me knee pretty bad today. May have to see doctor on Monday.

    I did a better job reining in the calories today compared to yesterday. Hope things are going good for you.

    Daily Report:
    8 glasses of water = drank
    Calories = under
    Fitness challenge = done

    and...

    200 crunches towards our 4000!!! crunches goal. Only 100 more to my 1000 goal! I’ll knock that out tomorrow :)
