Hi everyone hadn't realised I haven't participated since August, wow how time flies. Pleased to say I've got my mojo back and have recently dropped 6kg still another 10 to get to where I would like to be.

I really need this challenge in November to keep me focused on a goal. This is always a hard month for me. I am hoping to lose 5 lbs by the end on the month. My real goal would be 6 lbs which is the weight that I have put on over the last few months not being careful and drinking too much wine..

Happy Sunday, everyone!
Well, no movement up or down this week. That is better than a gain, so I will take it. I saw 199.9 again yesterday, I just can't seem to stay there. My lowest daily low was right before vacation on August 28th at 198.3. Seems like forever ago. Oh well, keeping on keeping on...
Highest weight ever: 254 in October 1999.
Lowest since 1999: 195.
Original starting weight: 243 in 2015.
MFP Starting weight December 25th, 2016: 233
Goal: 180 in however long it takes.

Just starting back up. I lost 40 pounds using Sparkpeople, but as soon as I stopped focusing on weight loss I gained it all back : - (
I was on MFP before that, but was lured by the quick link to exercise videos, and the daily feeds and spins of Sparkpeople. I liked it, but with all of the continuous advertisements it took too long to enter anything.
So...back on MFP. I believe that it is impossible to lose weight without tracking. Losing weight is tough! Burning off lots of calories is the way that I like to roll. If I keep my calories down alone I lose about 1/4lb per week. If I add lots of fun exercise I can lose a pound a week.
Because I have just started back I have lots to lose, so I am really hoping to lose 9 pounds in November.

I'm trying to 'recomp' new term learnt?! Which is incredibly hard and I guess it may mean less cake and hard work in the gym.
