Yes, I really did do 1200 pushups in a single 24-hr period, doing a set of 50 at the top and bottom of every hour throughout an entire 12-hr graveyard shift. Actually helps keep a body awake without caffeine. Feeling it in my elbows, however. Will need to take a few days off after this work rotation is over.1 -
