How can you do 600 push ups?
    How long does that take?

My huge goal for November included a push up challenge, I now do 10 push ups per day
    Target for November 225
    Mtd 101
    December goal 400

I don't do a single set of 600...that would be boss! lol Instead, I break it up across the work day, doing a set of pushups every 30 minutes. I started the year able to do a 60 without stopping, so I did 15-20 every 30 minutes. I have since worked my way up, so now I can do 100+ without stopping and thus do sets of 50 every 30 minutes.

So in answer to your question "how long does it take", it usually takes me 6 hours to do 600, working my way up to 12 hours to do 1200. Depends on how long my work shift is (8 or 12 hours), how busy we are, how sore I am, whether I got enough sleep the night before, etc.

The last two days were 12-hr work shifts, and my arms feel about ready to fall off at the shoulder. But there's only 400 left to meet my goal, so will gut it out and finish on Friday...
