Weigh in day and up 0.9 lbs this week. I have stalled at 176.? Lbs. Been 3 weeks now. I’ve looked at my weight loss trend for the past few months. I always have a weight spike at the same time so I was kind of expecting this to happen. This only means I will have a good loss next week? Maybe? Anywho, I DID have some losses in measurements so that’s great. I had a good week, got all my water in, stayed under my allowed calorie intake, and had a workout 6 days with one rest day. Stuck to IF everyday achieving 20:4 some days. I just gotta keep on keeping on. I won’t be discouraged.7 -

My meal prep wasn't perfect but it definitely helped me lose some of the Halloween aftermath: water weight...Going to continue to meal prep, but I need to watch my sugar; it's starting to creep up on me. Sugar is the worst! The WORST! I just want to get back closer to 187 before the year is over because I always have a big weight-loss surge in January. You know that contagious motivation everybody gets in the New Year; well, I figure if I can get back to my lowest weight, (187), before I stalled, then I'm sure I can reach the upper 180s/late170s in no time! *prayer hands*

Well, the last time i updated this was September 23rd, i would have recently returned from my holiday. I haven't been restricting myself during or after my holiday and I didn't plan on really returning to MFP but i miss not using it and i want to keep the weight off so i'm back! I was so near to my goal before my holiday. I've put on around 5 kg since leaving! Hopefully i can tag on the end of this as i loved this challenge before! (i know its not quite 5 lbs i need to lose this month but i'm starting late!)
