@MIpiccolo YAY on falling off jeans! When I visited my older daughter last month she told me I needed to get some jeans that fit because the ones I was wearing looked as if I had a load in my pants! RUDE! LOL!! I had to pull them up every time I stood up so I knew they needed to go. Gotta love a kid (she’s almost 48) who speaks the truth!

This is my sixth round. I am starting not to freak out as much over the daily fluctuations. Went up a little bit at the end of last round, so 2.5 isn't too unreasonable. On the other hand, I've been pushing a 1000 calorie deficit for 2.5 weeks now and I think I'm going to have a slightly smaller deficit this round.

11/14 166.5 -- Phew. I was super hungry and craving sweets and honestly everything yesterday. Kept trying to have a healthy filling something and it was all subtraction stew. Jogged in place at 10 pm to finish my steps and cover my extra snacking, so still had a big deficit. Glad to see that my indulgence in a scone did not move the scale the wrong way!!
11/15 166 -- Nice to see. Interesting observation: I am doing a monthly support group with a weekly weigh in. In that group I had a 3 lb loss last week, despite only a 1 lb loss in Round 57. Then this week, having finished round 58 with a 3 pound loss, I posted a .5 pound gain. Puts things in perspective about daily fluctuations! On another note NSV--three people at the gym yesterday independently commented on how good I looked and the weight I had lost. I've lost 33 lbs since June. I don't think the first 20 were so noticeable, but now there is a difference!13 -

11/14—217—Nothing making a ton of sense right now, weight-wise, but as long as it's just bouncing around in this range, it's all good. Still working on the 100 pushups challenge but had to restart week 2. I'm definitely getting better at pushups!
11/15—DNW—I was rushing to get out the door to get to the airport to catch a flight. Well, I didn't have to hurry! The plane is still sitting on the tarmac. I'm not in it, though. I was heading out of town for a conference but we sat and sat then came back to the gate and sat, then they were reboarding and I realized I wasn't going to make my session! So I came home instead.

11/14 - 145.
11/15 - 145. 6 cookies made their way into my belly yesterday, which put me way over my targets. There are still 6 more left on the counter, they are going in the garbage when I get home.
11/16 - 145. I went to throw out those cookies yesterday and my son gave me a shocked sad face. "You're throwing those out? I didn't even get to eat one," he said. I thought the whole family had been helping me demolish that package of cookies, but it looks like I was doing most of the work by myself. Haha, that means that over a period of 4 days, I ate 15 or 16 large cookies!! I definitely didn't log that many. It was some seriously mindless snacking. So, that's behind me now. Instead of working hard eating cookies, yesterday I did a lot of stepping. I restarted C25K to get a little conditioning in prior to the Jingle Bell run this year, spent some time on the elliptical machine and went on a walk. I ended up with close to 20k steps by the end of the day and woke up feeling great today.

I derailed myself last year undoing a lot of good work. After a long absence from myfitnesspal I am back on track. This 10 day challenge seems like something I can do. I joined with Round 57. This is my 3rd consecutive round. The less said about round 58 the better.

11/13 - 157.0 Was under calories yesterday, drank lots of water, and did all my steps. I knew most of it would come off, but I've never dropped that much overnight. Hopefully the rest will be off by Thursday and I can start again. Lol, so my overall for this round 58 - up 2 pounds. On to the next one, hopefully I will get under 155!
11/14 - 155.5 Yeah! It mostly was salt and carbs from vacation. Back down to my pre-vacation weight, I am actually down an ounce from the day I left on vacation. Back on track. Had sweet potato fries baked in the oven, baked chicken, and a little bit of mac and cheese last night for dinner. Drank tons of water and back tracking. Hopefully by Friday I will make my goal of 154 this week.
11/15 - 154.5 So I finally got below 155. I tried doing this the whole last round and never could get there. I'm sure going on vacation for 4 days didn't help, but I am there now. My salads with grilled chicken that I made Sunday night have really helped with my lunches this week. Hubby got his truck back from the shop finally last night, so that is one stress less that I have to worry about (or listen to him gripe about, lol). So far this week is a good week. I will probably hover here for a couple of days now. Always looking for that new lowest number.

I think i'll switch to posting in the evenings since that is when I'm less busy and at home. So yesterday, I have no idea where i ended with my calories, went for Korean BBQ dinner with some new people.
Today started well with a short run, in the morning when it is much cooler than in the eve, then I also completed my exercise routine. I took my breakfast to the office, but still ended up super hungry most of the day - maybe because my body expected winter to come and is really confused by the heat. I cooked a healthy dinner, but then had some chocolate and popcorn... oops. But turned out necessary energy to scare off a massive cockroach and kill a medium sized spider.

oh what did I do today... First I overslept, so no exercise, then I bought Turkish for lunch, it'll last me for tomorrow also, but quite heavy. Dinner was alright, the second half of yesterday's healthy dinner. But, because I had to walk to the shops to buy water (still no car), i bought snacks and ate way over. I'm an idiot or maybe i'm starting to miss home and this is emotional eating?
Either way, it needs to stop. On the plus side, due to some hick ups with the flat, I ended up walking a bit more and managed my 10k steps.
I looked at my macros and always have the wrong split, even a few months back. With so much estimated food, it'll be difficult to fix, but i'll have to eat more protein.

@abirdie56 It appears the cilantro works well sine your weight went way down. I will have to check my local grocery store. Here's hoping that cilantro is more available than parsley has been around here due to my small town's limitations.

Round 50 GOAL - to get to 205.x ✅ ACHIEVED!!! AMAZING! … Really glad I am moving on from the Road Trip
Round 51 GOAL - to get to 203.x ✅
Round 52 GOAL - to get to 201.x ✅ ACHIEVED!!! And then some … whooshed into ONDERLAND AMAZING! This has provided a motivational boost toward my next goal …
Round 57 GOAL - complete the round! ✅ ACHIEVED!!!
Round 58 GOAL - end the round in 1-derland

14/11: 202.4 lbs ... it's a bump ... give it a few days and drink plenty of water
15/11: 203.0 lbs … feeling very bloated, did not sleep well, expecting a whoosh soon haha
16/11: 201.2 lbs … getting better! Just take it easy on my road trip this weekend!!!!
17/11: travelling, no weight in!

If I work hard now, I will leave the “Obese” BMI soon, so I am pushing for consistency, I want to see a more consistent downward trend this round. I am hoping for good things this month!
This is a long term thing, a few bad days or weeks is something I'm getting better at coping with.

@deepwoodslady lol I'm glad I could help, I thought it was silly at first but it really does help when it's just way to cold to get all your steps in..,and it's fun and easy so you can watch tv or something while you are doing it. Btw those hunters sound stressful, does this happen every year around this time? Hang in there *hug*1
