11/14 - 63.1 kg (139.1 lbs.). 7 km run in the morning. Has to do more today as we have a “special” heavy-loaded dinner tonight. Plan a 3 km walk during the lunch break and “six-pack in 6 weeks” before dinner. I wish success to everyone in this round.
11/15 - 63.0 kg (138.9 lbs.). Yesterday mission is completed. Did all my activities and the dinner (1,654 kcal) didn’t affect my weight at all. There is even 100g loss.
11/16 - 62.8 kg (138.5 lbs.). 7 km run in the morning. My body fat % now is below 20% (19.9%); for my age the lowest limit is 17.1%. Only short way to go!
11/17 - 62.6 kg (138.0 lbs.). Must clean the garden today before it rains again or snowing. In the afternoon - my big freestyle (running + walking). A nice weekend to all!

THERE ARE NO QUICK FIXES OR SHORTCUTS to achieve permanent change.
REMINDERS One or two thoughts which might give heart to some of you.- Daily weight fluctuations are normal, and can be as much as 2 lbs a day for no apparent reason.
- A general downward trend is what we are looking for.
- Eating out can cause apparent weight gain because of high sodium levels, but usually goes quickly. Drinking extra water helps with this.
- The human body does not react instantly to what we do to it. Sometimes it can take several days to see results.
- Plateaus are a normal part of the process. The body is consolidating and adapting to your new way of eating/exercising.
- The closer you get to your goal weight, the more difficult it becomes to lose weight, as your body becomes more efficient at using what you feed it.
- When you exercise you build muscle, which takes up less space than fat, so use measurements as well as weight to assess your progress.
- Getting/Staying fit and healthy requires a lifestyle change for most people.

11/15 - 122.6 / Not how I wanted it to go, but expected. How I ate yesterday directly shows how I eat when I don’t sleep well the night before. On the bright side, I slept well last night! Plan is to not eat unless I’m truly “hungry” and then stop when I’m not!
11/16 – 123.8 / I’m taking ownership of this ☹ Not the way I wanted it to go. It’s a mind game for me. Recommitting.
11/17 - 123.8 / NSV: I was on plan all day, passed on a glass of wine (that was hard but I’m learning that even one glass of wine gives me a headache the next morning and isn’t worth it), got my exercise in and had a great day! Trying to really focus on doing this for glory of God. I have so much to be thankful for!

@sdavmor. You’re doing great. In addition to the physical aspect (eating), this journey is a learning experience while going through tons of emotions and adjustments. I love that you are looking back at what happened and what you could change next time. So many times I feel like I’m alone with my eating because of the “everyone else can eat it” syndrome. 11/15 - 213 Not really happy that it has gone up over the last few days but I did get all my water in. The goal for today is to get all my calories and see if that helps.
11/16= 212.6 - Movement downward again. Still frustrated. I am eating healthy options and staying in my cal limit. Last night I got near the top of my target limit without adding processed or sugary items. Also got in my water target and workout for the day. I am just frustrated at making the right choices and seeing and upward tick this week.
11/17-- 210.. uh... what? doing the same things I have done all week. not sure what the difference has been.

11/14 - 247.4...had a good day yesterday, stayed in calories, 100 oz of water and 50 mins of water aerobics.
11/15 - 247.4..early morning weigh and not enough sleep. Still sticking to plan and did water aerobics again yesterday. I knew I would stall a bit this round after such a big loss last round.
11/16 - 247.2...was a good day. Did water aerobics and some walking around while shopping. Was under calories and had 100 oz of water. This is actually the lowest weight I've been since August 2013!! 😀
11/17 - 246.2...woohoo!! I had major cravings for take out food yesterday, but managed to talk myself out of having any! I had moose meat, gravy and a few of my sons oven fries instead..was yummy and within calories.

11/14 - Wednesday - 177.6 - I still find myself typing 19X when going to record my weight. My brain cannot fathom that I'm in the 170's! I had a crackpot goal to be 175 before thanksgiving but that seems pretty extreme given its a week away and the end of this round is a day after thanksgiving - yikes! Okay, considering that I think I'll actually aim to maintain this round. Finding a balance between enjoying my favorite holiday guilt free and not binging for the entire weekend. Fortunately, we are going out this year, so I wont be totally tempted by all the leftovers - but we will probably cook a bird and make some soup over the weekend. I'm committing NOW to next round as to not let myself slip into holiday regression. Last night I overindulged a bit so scale may be up a bit tomorrow. Desperately need to go to the grocery store and stock up on healthy options again. Been basically cleaning out the cupboards for the past week!
11/15 - Thursday - 176.8 - Been visualizing that 176! Solid morning, fish oil, smoothie, packed lunches, snacks, and got dinner on deck with a chicken teriyaki salad! Weather has me feeling especially dry and dehydrated so I'll focus on water today. Probably working from home tomorrow so I planned to make extra dinner to have for lunches tomorrow so we're not tempted to order out or snack our way thru the day at home. Went grocery shopping and have a good plan to get us thru the weekend fed with yummy, home cooked, whole foods. Been craving Zuppa Toscana so making a copy cat!
11/16 - Friday - 176.8 - ive been consistent and my numbers have been more consistent! Got hit with the munchies last night but got by with half a pb&j toast. Working from home today. Went out and did a little snow removal and made homemade pancakes. Leftovers for lunch and zuppa for dinner! Its a winter wonderland and we will probably be going snowboarding tomorrow or Sunday!!!!
11/17 Saturday - 178 - well I did well all day then mindlessly snacked after an early dinner. Dissapointed, but working from home proved to be tricky for me so I'll be mindful of that in the future. Back at it today!

11/15 185.1 - dinner out w/family last night will most likely show up on scale tomorrow though I did try to plan ahead knowing I would have a higher calorie meal when out.
11/16 185.1 - I did a little bit of mindless snacking yesterday so that will probably catch up to me in a day or so. Especially, since I worked from home yesterday and will again today and I have all the food in the next room easy to get up and grab it. Did try to put some lower calorie items in pantry for when the urge strikes.

11/5 - Didn’t weigh;I had too many beers before and after dinner last night,while cleaning our house up to sell.
11/16 - 177-No time to exercise; we have been boxing up stuff, painting and cleaning to put our house up for sale. Luckily they sell those pre made bagged salads, so I grab cooked meat from the freezer and add it to the bagged salad for instant dinner. At least we’re eating somewhat healthy.
11/17 - 177-Still, but that’s OK. Our house is finally for sale, and things will get back to normal....after I paint the bathroom.😳

Freezing rain all morning, so I've been catching up on laundry and cleaning, moving some furniture and books around, and other stuff. And a friend's DH fell off a step stool while changing a light bulb and broke his back in 3 places - yikes! Whoa! That would have knocked my socks off if I'd had any on when I weighed in this morning! I did have a very low cal day yesterday, not really by planning, but I was satisfied and just decided to go with it. I can't believe I'm a pound and a half away from my "I'll probably never reach it but wouldn't it be great" goal. It will be 4 years in Feb. since I started this journey for real (after years of "trying" to lose weight and ending up heavier in the long run). Keep at it, folks!

11/15 147.6 Well worth this bump, had an unexpected great day with my oldest daughter, shopping and catching up and just overall amazing. She is moving to New Zealand for a year after Christmas, so these days are extra cherished! We are both usually so busy with life that we don't get to do that as much as when she was younger. The day started off with our FAVORITE english muffin, which despite many trials I have not been able to recreate at home. Any bakers out htere have a recipe?? (the egg pudding wasn't too shabby either!)
11/16 149.4 Yikes full disclosure, ate off the rails yesterday...red wine, homemade scones, yummy potatoes, sourdough with butter, filet...Human not perfect, and that's ok. Prelogging today and made the triple threat water, confident I will drop this as quickly as I put it on thanks to this challenge and what weighing daily has taught me. It's just important to catch it quick so that it doesn't end up a full week/month/year of mindless eating. NSV I did some lower body/glute exercises and have committed to continuing to see if I can reconfigure the bod. I know it's slow going work, but I also know it's the next step for me now that my weight is very close to maintenance.

11/15 - 177.4 - Infused water? Lately I've been using cilantro instead of parsley. Can't find a decent bunch of parsley anywhere. I do really like the spiciness of the cilantro in the water.
