Drink more water, make healthier food choices, eat smaller portions and move! You'll do great, just be consistent0

I brush my teeth after I eat, which kind of puts a line between eating and not eating. I’m also drinking lots of sodium and calorie free flavored seltzer water, sometime I just need a flavor in my mouth. Good luck, add me as a friend if you’d like.you can do this! Keeping track really works.0
