Sorry. I joined in on November 13th but I forgot to weigh myself this morning, so I will report in tomorrow morning. Since I've recently retired, I sometimes lose track of which day it is. They are all Saturdays to me, although I'm sure I won't forget Thanksgiving Day.3

I’m a shift worker and this week is my 7 day work week so I find it very difficult to get in as many workouts as my 3 day week. Last week I did 5 workouts, this week it’s looking like 4 will be realistic for me. I was just too exhausted yesterday to finish, I only got 1/3 of the way in before I called it quits. I’ve been good with my food tracking though so there’s that.
Anyway hope everyone has a good day!
