I'd like to join in as well. I was on WW and don't want to pay anymore...lost #15 in 9 mo. I'm a carb addict, and would like to try keto for better results. Just bought "Simply Keto" by Suzanne Ryan for recipe suggestions.

Today's food was pepperonis and cheese, coffee with PP, cream and stevia, and ground beef, cheese and an egg on top.

I had a slice of birthday cake yesterday so I'm retaining a bit of extra water today. It makes a surprising difference - very thirsty today!0

How did you find week 1?
For me it was ok at the beginning then more will power needed towards the end of the week when carb/sugar cravings kicked in. My energy was low for most of the week so I was unmotivated to do any sort if workout.
