I'm new to this, but look very good, would really appreciate and tips and tricks. I have found it very good so far.

    - use a scale to weight all (or at least most) foods. full stop.
    - don't have unrealistic expectations. you didn't put on the weight in 2 weeks, it won't come off in 2 weeks
    - don't make a plan that is impossible to maintain and try to white knuckle it. Many "go off the rails" beacuse they are under-eating and over exercising in a way that is actual detrimental to their health. set do-able goals and reasonable rate of loss.
    - keep some good foods you enjoy in your life. just in moderation. makes things more sustainable.
