    Exactly. What's the point of an acronym if you're just going to say the letters? The acronym adds style, flair, and an easy way to say something more complex.

    That's the headline in a ladies weekly magazine in Denmark every week. The last month I've noticed the "rye bread diet", "the gruel diet", "the keto diet", and "IF" of some form. People apparently always lose between 6 - 22 pounds in 4-14 days.
