175lb weight loss 2 years in!

In January 2017 I weighed 400lbs, using a 1500 calorie a day diet and exercise I was able to lose the weight in year 1. Over the last year I have used a 1750/2000 calorie a day diet and exercise to maintain my weight and add muscle. On my diet my only restriction besides calories is keeping sugar intake below 30 grams a day! I am 38 btw. 5g7oq4kx6l5d.jpeg
