So its friday today and this is usually when the weekend starts for everyone! remember really think about your choices, I treat myself once a day every day so I dont feel the need to go all out on the weekend as its easy to undo all your hard work in a few mins! just remember weigh in on monday and how good is it when the number on the scale goes down!!! I can't wait for Monday!!! I'm down 1.6 pounds this week so far. HOW DID THAT HAPPEN?! I credit the addition of P90X Plyometrics DVD in to my weekly workout. I was having knee trouble and didn't do this workout for a couple months. I'm healed and hittin' it hard, and I think it's paying off!0
