sho_barnes is this week's biggest loser this week with 2.59% loss
Red team is the biggest loser this week with .94% loss
thedestar is the overall biggest loser to date with 5.45% loss
Orange team is the biggest loser to date with 2.62% loss
the whole group had a .54% loss - losing 21.8lbs this week...
overall we have had a 1.71% loss - losing 69.4lbs
just 3 more weeks girls...let's kick it up a notch this week....i challenge you all to lose AT LEAST 1.5 LBs this week....really push hard to get whatever you are holding onto for water weight off and then push even further and get more off....

me too charmaine....i need to get the weight i gained off BEFORE we end this challenge...if i can at least end the challenge just below where we started i'll be happy at this point....nothing like doing a 9wk challenge and ending higher than you started....NOT ME!!!! i'm fighting to get to 174 by labor day which is 1lb below where i started on the 4th of july....I CAN DO THIS....i may not be able to make my goal of 166 (9lb loss) but i WILL lose 1 stinking 1lb in 9wks.....I WILL....0

Down 0.8. I am sore from head to toe and am weighing in early so I'm hoping I really will have lost at least 1 lb this week. Any loss is good, though. I hope everyone is having a good week.

i jumped on the scale at the gym night before my workout and it said 172-173...it is definitely lighter than my home scale lol....i checked my home scale after my workout and i was like 177ish....i'm up to 180.6 this am but had chinese last night so i know im retaining water...i feel it in my fingers....i'll weigh again tomorrow and then record my loss sometime before monday, CAUSE i know there will be a loss......tonight is bunco and i have healthy food choices for everyone and since i'm hosting, i'll be pretty busy so i wont have "time" to eat and snack as much as i would if i were a guest.....we are having kalua crockpot pork, garden salad, light cole slaw, fruit kabobs, chips/salsa, mai tais and pineapple dump cake for dessert....today is a higher calorie day with my zig zags so i know i can stay within cals with what i have planned even without a workout....here's to a great friday and an even better weekend.....water, water, water is on my agenda today0

I'm happy to have met my goal of 208.8! So my new goal is 204. I'm grateful to Denise for convincing me to join this challenge. I had gained weight on the 4th of July challenge and I wanted to quit and give up. I learned never to quit on yourself and that it's important to help others who feel like quitting. I'm not exactly sure how I didn't lose not even 1 lb after all the walking/exercise I have done....just getting a little discouraged to say the least. Not going to make my goal for sure...but going to keep pushing. Weighing in at 222 even this morning. Trying something different this week...maybe the routine needs to be changed up...so that is what I'm doing. Have a good Monday everyone.0

calories. I have been doing this for one year and one month and i just needed a break.

8/22: 274 Was so angry to see this number again, but I absolutely know what happened. I didn't pull my act together until Friday :frown: BUT, since Friday I have been a freaking ROCK STAR! \m/ I was so proud of myself that I had a salad for dinner on Saturday (I NEVER eat salads on the weekend, just try to stay under cals). AND I got up early on Saturday and kicked butt at boot camp (am still sore!) I'm really turning this around. Holding onto that feeling from my dream last week and am only focusing on 265 right now. Once I hit that, I'll focus on the next 5. Looking forward to reporting a loss!
