Will sugar free cough drops with acesulfame potassium and sucralose affect blood sugar on Keto?

It is sugarfree, right? I would think not.1

they are sugar free so they will have no affect on your blood sugar1

Sucralose might. If it ends in "ose" or "ol" it may have some effect. The only way to know is to test BG before and after using them.2

Sucralose itself is non-digestible; so there is little or no effect on blood glucose. Note, however, that it may be packaged with other sweeteners (e.g., maltodextrin) that may effect blood glucose.
