Thin slice chicken breast, birds eye vegetable pasta, and arugula with tomatoes.

Spicy garlic tonkatsu ramen with takoyaki and some rice. Worth the 1578 calories! It was my only meal today, I was still in target!

Pork carnitas (crisped in cast iron pan.. I always get it wrong under the broiler) w/jalapenos, sour cream, cilantro, pico, and a chorizo-queso sauce to drizzle over the top. No tortillas or chips.

Some notes:
Supper photo was pulled from the internet because I forgot to take a photo. But it was Szechuan turkey and veggies.
Lunch was: Chipotle black bean veggie burger with french beans (made with garlic and lemon) and cherry tomatoes
Supper was: this with the sauce scaled back and no spaghetti.3 -

Oven baked tilapia ( in dill and sour cream sauce), rosemary baby red potatoes and broccoli.

Lunch at a canteen geared to locals. I had a lemon grassy pork skewer and the hub had a grilled chicken win. Lunch for two with a bottle of water was £2.88. The broth was excellent.

Whole Bbq red snapper coated in a Vietnamese Bbq sauce of very dark caramel thinned with fish sauce and infused with lemongrass.

My breakfast: 400 calories: Greek Yogurt, Pumpkin butter, raspberry, strawberry, banana, topped with Coconut Granola from Trader Joes.
