@maureenkhilde, Years ago, I used to drink Wonderslim protein hot chocolate. It was very good. Yesterday, I was at my Niece's house and snagged a bag of Land o Lakes hot cocoa mix. I made 2 cups of cocoa by using half the mix, 1 TB cocoa powder, stevia and heavy whipping cream. Very good, very carby and high calorie. It was worth it. It warmed me up.2

Yeah! Very Happy my hard work has paid off this month. Don't exspect to much next month as I will be building muscle to burn fat, may even get a gain, but in the long run I will take a gain of muscle weight for a loss of fat anyday.8 -

❄Updating every day through January until completely back on track.
•Monday Updates•📌1/01- 178 - Oh yeah, midnight eating and a little champagne. My weight is between 174 & 175 this is fluid.1/12 - 173.2 - Yesterday 29g carbs 23g net carbs
1/102 - 177.2
1/03 - 175.8
1/04 - 177.6 - Felt miserable all day yesterday with some type of weird allergy cold again. Exercised, ate dinner and went to bed later than usual. Now gut is upset. What the what?!
1/05 -177.2 - Had no appetite most of the day yesterday, runny nose, gut in an uproar, whole 9 yards of misery. Took some cold medicine late afternoon and then proceeded to overeat cookies.😦
1/06 - 178.2 - Still with the carb craziness!
📌 1/07 - 177.2 - Coming back down. This "allergy cold" still hanging on. I will be staying under 20 grams of carbs today. (That should say net carbs.)
1/08 - 174.4 - 18g net carbs, 16g net is the plan today.
1/09 - 174.8 - I did better than planned yesterday, 19g carbs, 12g net. Today's plan is 16g/13g net.
1/10 - 174 - 20g carbs, 17g net carbs.
1/11- 172.8 - Yesterday 15g carbs, 12g net carbs.
1/13 - 175.2 - 21g carbs, 17g net carbs
📌 1/14/ - 176.2 - 63g carbs, 57g net carbs - black truffle & olive oil kettle chips was the culprit. Did not want to resist them.😏
1/15 - 173.2 - on track
1/16 - 173.8 - on track - 45g carbs 19g net carbs. Since I've had a couple of days of eating something (nuts or those chips!) after my fasting hours began, I've changed my eating window to end a couple of hours later. It seems to be working, but my early weigh ins will read a higher number at the 12th-13th hr fasting point as opposed to the 15th-16th hour.
1/17 - 173.2
1/18 - 172.2 - Mmm, maybe I will see a new decade at the end of the month.
After my post on the morning of the 18th, no Internet at home until the morning of the 23rd. I had a couple of high calorie days, a couple of high carb days. Mostly vegetables and nuts. Tomato soup one day, hot chocolate yesterday. A few days, junk carbs, cookie, chips, chocolate. The winter weather has been colder than it has been for a long time. Makes me want to eat!

Bit late posting this one. Hoping to see another 1lb loss this week but as I don' have much left to lose I will happy enough to have just stayed the same this time.7 -
Last week was rough - with a 60 hr work week, not including travel, I was hoping I would be able to at least maintain my weight. Upside is that it could have been a lot worse!
Event though it looks like I won’t hit my goal by Friday, I’m hoping to still net some kind of loss over this month. #babysteps

Lost 2 yay, so ok then I am going to get that other .5 off by 2/1/2019.
Kept my carbs under 55 daily that seems to be it for me. Both for losing weight, but to keep the diabetic blood sugars in range.
For those that do order stuff online, there is a Hot Chocolate by Healthwise. Has I think only 3 carbs, and 15 grams of protein, 60 calories I think.. For anyone who is a low carber, and loves hot chocolate. I do via amazon.
Stuff is great, and nope I do not sell it. I just buy it. The chocolate and marshmallow flavors are great. I tried the amaretto flavor, as I love that flavor normally but not in this hot chocolate.
@maureenkhilde Thanks for sharing the info on the hot chocolate. I will be ordering from Amazon TODAY. I make hot chocolate every single day for my son. Although it is sugar-free, it still has carbs I'm not willing to spend on it. However, I can handle a 3 carb treat especially in the well below zero temperatures! Thanks so very much for sharing!
