Feeling frustrated

I have been dieting for going on 5 weeks now. I have cut out carbs and sugar. I stopped drinking Diet Pepsi and started drinking water, I started eating clean, and trying to exercise 3 days a week. The problem is I have lost 1.5 lbs. I am very frustrated can anyone offer me any advise?
