Feeling frustrated

I have been dieting for going on 5 weeks now. I have cut out carbs and sugar. I stopped drinking Diet Pepsi and started drinking water, I started eating clean, and trying to exercise 3 days a week. The problem is I have lost 1.5 lbs. I am very frustrated can anyone offer me any advise?

No I don’t. I all new to this so I am not sure how to do that. I do put everything into my fitness pal and I don’t go over my calories daily, or my carbs. I just don’t understand0

If you are not weighing your food you are probably over eating and not realizing it. Invest in a food scale, weigh everything, and see if that helps.1

Got a food scale and weigh your food. You're eating more than you think.

If you aren’t weighing your food it’s likely you are going over your calories and don’t know it. Using a food scale is the most reliable way to measure your portion sizes. You can get one for like $20 a Target or Walmart or Amazon.0
