A little too much peanut butter last night. On the borderline of acceptable, but since I gave myself a pass on the shrimp a few days ago, going to go the other way on this one to balance it out.

@Tolamarie - that sounds so frustrating. ((Hug))

Thank you so much for starting this challenge! I’ve been looking for a challenge just like this.

I think I’m going to define LNS as any snacks after dinner. Can’t wait to start!

I feel your pain!! Those are the sorts of thoughts I get all the time before bed, but I try to tell myself the feeling of accomplishment will be worth the denial of the snack.

Which is amazing because my sister ordered a pizza late last night. I did not eat any of it!

But it wasn't easy. My boyfriend snuck some chewy Chips Ahoy cookies into the house and I wanted one - bad! Now here it is after midnight, the day of my weigh-in (Sunday), and I decide to take a huge bite out of a cookie. Yikes!

Midway through chewing my huge bite, I realized it really wasn't worth it and spit it out into the trash. That still counts, right?

This is the challenge i need! Late night snacks are my nemesis!
Im going to go for it with no snacking after dinner, and will soon find out if that is doable or not! 19 days left in february so, lets see! Thanks for creating the challenge!
