    I'm not sure what your situation is but sometimes at some point you have to stop trying to fix things with someone that doesn't want to fix them. Don't be so hard on yourself, we all make mistakes. I'm sorry you're feeling like that. The best thing to do is to remind yourself that there are always better things out there waiting for us, you just have to let go of certain things to find them. Keep your head 😊

    Lotion with a few drops of lemon oil or lavender oil.

    I keep both oils at work specifically for this.
