I feel your pain!! Those are the sorts of thoughts I get all the time before bed, but I try to tell myself the feeling of accomplishment will be worth the denial of the snack.

Which is amazing because my sister ordered a pizza late last night. I did not eat any of it!3 -

But it wasn't easy. My boyfriend snuck some chewy Chips Ahoy cookies into the house and I wanted one - bad! Now here it is after midnight, the day of my weigh-in (Sunday), and I decide to take a huge bite out of a cookie. Yikes!
Midway through chewing my huge bite, I realized it really wasn't worth it and spit it out into the trash. That still counts, right?3 -
This is the challenge i need! Late night snacks are my nemesis!
Im going to go for it with no snacking after dinner, and will soon find out if that is doable or not! 19 days left in february so, lets see! Thanks for creating the challenge!1 -

Okay, I’m not gonna lie, I had a snack. Freshly made cookies got me very last minute. This is so much harder then I anticipted! But hearing about everyone doing so well is gonna motivate me to do better.2 -

But I had carrots and celery sticks with dip. I guess what I'm taking from this month is at least I'm not eating unhealthy snacks at night anymore if I do snack late. I'm not all bloated this morning like I would be had I ate chips and cookies like I used to.2 -

I'm not snacking in the evening but I've grazed on sugary snacks all day. I've consumed an extra 1000 calories in snacks today. I need to take control!3 -
