Focus for this week:
* drink more water - still working on this one
* move more often - getting better
* eat 'clean' and balanced - did okay last week but needs lots of prep. This is my big focus for this week.1 -
I’m down 1.5. I am so torn about that stupid scale. It messes with my head so much!!!! Any ideas about how to focus on being healthy and not let little ups and downs have so much control over my mood?
I have found that if you track daily or weekly and use an app like Happy Scale which uses trend lines, it can take you mind off the "ups" you need to track overer a longer period of time to see the big picture. And remember that any loss is a loss.1 -
