Ugh... Isn't that frustrating?!? Keeping close track of food and weight has helped me through those 'Whaaaat???' times. Knowing that I'm doing what I need to do, assures me that my body is too! Next week will be different:)3 -

@tthickens637 Thanks for the motivation! It's nice having so much positivity in this thread, a large portion of which is thanks to you!1 -
Challenge starting weight 192.2
Challenge level ❤️❤️❤️
End of challenge goal 177.2
2/05: 192.2
2/12: 189.6
2/19: 190.8 (out of town)
2/26: 190.4 (sick-couldn’t exercise)
Must admit I’m a bit frustrated with this pace...unless I can pick it up I won’t be meeting my goal.
Challenge this week is an out of town trip tonight for a hockey game and a couple of restaurant meals before coming home tomorrow. Am hoping to balance enjoying a beer at the game and a yummy treat meal with good choices and more movement the rest of the week.2 -

Challenge Level: 2- 10 lb loss
Challenge Goal weight: 158 lbs
2/18/19: 165.8 lbs
2/26/19: 164.2 lbs
I am so far on track to surpass my goal! No doubt there will be hiccups and stalls as usual, but I'll get there eventually.
Goal for this week: lift weights twice and foam roll daily to help my runner's knee.3 -

You've still lost two pounds since joining, and that's not something small! It's okay if you don't end up meeting your goal all the way, as that progress is still progress. I think you're doing great. You'll be able to eat those meals and still be able to get back on track afterwards. I hope you have fun3 -

I so get the frustration. I have to keep telling myself 'slow and steady wins the race'!2 -

1st Mar - 276 - This last week is the first week where my motivation and determination have just gone. I've been fighting some major cravings and urges to binge this week.
I suppose it's a little natural to be disappointed that there isn’t a 2lb weight loss, but given the week I had it’s actually amazing that it’s a 0.2lb loss.
I’m trying not to think too much into it. As hard as the battle inside my head was this week at least I didn’t give in to the cravings and have not put weight on.
I’m feeling better now than I did so looking forward for the upcoming week. I’ve got a PT session tonight and they always make me feel amazing. So hopefully I’m off to a great start.

You've lost 12 pounds just in one month! Our weight fluctuates all the time. It's normal for it to "stand still" for a while. It doesn't mean your progress is halted, though! You've done extremely well and at this rate, you will be meeting your goal. That's some awesome work.2
