03/04 - 211.4 up 1.0lb from Friday but that is the way my weekends go. Got out for a walk and did W1D1 of couch 2 5k. Total 5.5km. Food good and plenty of water

03/04 99.5 sorry.... What?!?! How?!?! So i don't run for 4 days and all my hard work reverses itself....?! Come on! Feeling very disheartened but my graduation is in 32 days so I need to focus 10000000000%! Have a feeling the weight gain is water in preparation for TOM but it still makes you doubt what you're doing and why you are bothering! Head up and just keep swimming!
03/05 97.5 now that's what i call a whoosh! trying to steel myself for today… mix of my dad's 79th birthday (unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago) and pancake Tuesday blended with fettisdagen! Fettisdagen is the Swedish equivalent of pancake Tuesday but instead of pancakes they have the yummyist cream filled sweet buns called a semla! So I've gone for a run this morning and I plan on keeping calories down so I can have one this evening! So I have an emotion filled day with food that would be awful for an emotional eater.... Really need to keep my headspace right today!

03/06 161.4 (+2#) I had high hopes getting on the scales this morning. Yesterday was a great day, I enjoyed a good long session at the gym and ate at my calorie goal of 1200 rather than way below it. Didn't sleep that great though. Gutted to be back in the 160s

03/04 - 136.4 (-2lb) Off to a quick start! Must have had a light day yesterday or something so am already at goal this round... Let's see if it sticks
03/05 - 134 (-2.4lb) Woah! OK so there's obviously some water retention/loss stuff happening here. I've gone from being out of action with a shoulder injury and eating a lot of junk, to being totally back on the wagon in terms of food and exercise in the last few days. We will wait to see how this settles over the coming week I think! Zero complaints though haha.
03/06 - 132.9 (-1.1) The whoosh is slowing a little, which is good. I am eating between 1500-1600kcals a day, so sticking with that for now and am hoping that I'll see the loss from the last few days hold. Clearly just the dramatic change from sweets and biscuits to protein, fruit and veggies! Bye bye water weight. I'm happy though, as I gave myself a goal of 128lb for mid-April which is now looking very achievable.

I know I don’t have lots to lose but it’s more about curbing unhealthy eating habits and pretty much always obsessing about food
I am/was a runner and I’ve always used running as an excuse to eat what I like. Now injured so I’ve given up running this year and instead concentrating on cycling, strength training and I’ve just started to try yoga.
I love being active, but main barrier is TIME. I’m a single mum of two girls working full time.
I have given up alcohol this year so far and am trying to give up sugar. Succeeded re alcohol but failed on sugar 😔

03/06 141.0lbs. Posted yesterday about 1200 calorie goal being achievable and whether it's this or stress causing me to eat unnecessarily. So, today, all I want to do is log my food and eat mindfully. No calorie goal. I know how to eat well. What I don't know how to do is cope with things being busy and stressful and having a million and one things to do. The main goal was to get into work and just have a big glass of water, rather than tea + all my snacks + lunch all by 1200, which is what has been happening for quite a while. Snack time is 10:30!!

03/05 – 214 I wasn’t sure how this was going but glad it is lower. I do everything right so always want to see lower. I forgot to mention because I am in another challenge I started trying exercise more, besides the walking I do when I get the grandson. I started Sunday, the body is sore but it still feels good.
03/06 – 214.6 oh well the joys of weighing every day up and down. I am starting to let these small amounts bother me. However, all that matters is the end results. I have been exercising and eating right so not going to worry about an increase or make any excuses. On to the next day.

4 March: 124.8 lbs * Thrilled to be back for my second round! I have a few tricky days coming up so I'm thankful to have this challenge to help me stay accountable. My goal this round is to get down to 124 (or my more ambitious goal of 123.8).
5 March: 124 lbs * Quite the dramatic drop. And while technically my Round 70 'goal weight', I don't trust it'll stick around. Seems a bit too good to be true, but we'll see. 6 March: 124 lbs * Day 3 of being in the 124s and I couldn't be happier. Very eager to see the elusive 123s! Since it was a food based day yesterday (Pancake Day!), I put 550 calories aside and ate a giant stack of homemade blueberry pancakes and maple syrup with my husband for dessert last night. This was an important day for me because I showed myself that I can participate in food related days/events without going over my calories and without derailing my progress.

My 31st Round!
According to MFP, this week marks the 365th day that I’ve logged in a row! Although I created my account 4 years ago when I weighed 188, I never followed through for more than a couple months. I’d hit a plateau at around 175, give up, and regain to the 180’s. Last year, after a terrible health scare with my husband, we decided to get in better shape. In March 2018, I started logging my weight and food daily again and made it to 174 when I got stuck at a plateau again in May. The difference this time is that I found this challenge. Seeing others going through the same things, showing support, and giving some great advice along with being accountable every day, gave me the push I needed to continue with my weight loss. This challenge got me through my plateau in the 170’s and then again in the 150’s. In the past year, aside from feeling better in my clothes, my blood pressure has dropped to normal without medication, my hip pain is gone, and my stamina has greatly increased. Along the way, I’ve discovered that I probably wouldn’t be able to maintain this loss without the daily accountability and logging. I try to make sure to “like”, “hug”, etc. every post, because I realize how important that’s been to me on this journey.

03/06 – 142.5 – I had a stress snack attack at work yesterday, so I munched on some popcorn and had a handful of mixed nuts. It’s better than going for the cookies and chocolate in the break room, which is exactly how I’ve dealt with it in the past. My desk is stuffed full of healthier snack choices, I just need to make sure I’m not overeating the healthy snacks.

03/06 - 159.4 - I'm up but I figured I would be. I ate closer to maintenance but I've been severely undereating (goal was at 1350 and I was maybe getting 1000) for a few days. I needed to reset myself. Upped my goal to 1400 which is just about 7 cals under my BMR in hopes that I won't sabotage myself but can still see progress. As I start working out regularly again I'll up it a bit more. Also did a little bit of easy biking while I watched my shows and some at home glute work. I need to get back in the gym and work on cardio. HIIT for the win. I'm getting winded just walking up and down stairs at work.

**NSV: I ordered a new swimsuit from Target. Usually wear medium. I ended up having to return the medium and buy a small AND IT FITS. First time ever and I'm closer to my highest weight than I am my lowest. Huge confidence boost17 -

03/04: 250lbs | just starting back at MFP and the gym. I expect to see a big loss this week from the sudden change in diet and exercise. **Edit: changed original weigh-in as I'd guessed at first and then actually weighed myself
03/05: 246.6lbs (-3.4 lbs) | again, expected as I'm just getting back in it with a lot of weight to lose. Did a 30 minute cardio yesterday and walked throughout the day. Kept my calories in range. Doing good!
03/06: 246.6 lbs (-3.4 lbs) | no change, but I kept off those 3 lbs, so I'm happy. Keeping up with my workouts and eating right

03/04 177.2I was super tired yesterday and I'm feeling like TOM is about to start. I went a smidge over calories but I got in a short walk too. I have a short week at work, which is nice. Tomorrow is my day off, but my son and I both have dentist appointments. Then I work Wednesday and get Thursday, Friday and the weekend off! I'm thinking of something fun to do on those days!

Well, that makes no sense. I couldn't gain 3 pounds overnight even if my calories were crazy, which they were not. So I'm recording, shrugging, and moving on. Speaking of moving - it's 7F right now and I do not feel like moving myself from my warm house to the Y! Maybe I'll suck it up and go, or maybe just do something here. Anyway, I have my food planned for the day and am working on no stupid snacks. U.S. friends - if you're in the path of the current storms, be safe!

I was sick yesterday afternoon - I think a mild reaction to a pneumonia shot I got in the morning - so I skipped dinner and, when I got up around 8 p.m. I had a lovely bowl of ice cream.
