03/04 99.5 sorry.... What?!?! How?!?! So i don't run for 4 days and all my hard work reverses itself....?! Come on! Feeling very disheartened but my graduation is in 32 days so I need to focus 10000000000%! Have a feeling the weight gain is water in preparation for TOM but it still makes you doubt what you're doing and why you are bothering! Head up and just keep swimming!
03/05 97.5 now that's what i call a whoosh! trying to steel myself for today⦠mix of my dad's 79th birthday (unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago) and pancake Tuesday blended with fettisdagen! Fettisdagen is the Swedish equivalent of pancake Tuesday but instead of pancakes they have the yummyist cream filled sweet buns called a semla! So I've gone for a run this morning and I plan on keeping calories down so I can have one this evening! So I have an emotion filled day with food that would be awful for an emotional eater.... Really need to keep my headspace right today!

03/05 159.4 well I was a total lazy slob yesterday so I guess I don't deserve a loss! I did stay below my calories though...
03/06 161.4 (+2#) I had high hopes getting on the scales this morning. Yesterday was a great day, I enjoyed a good long session at the gym and ate at my calorie goal of 1200 rather than way below it. Didn't sleep that great though. Gutted to be back in the 160s
03/07 159.4 felt sure it was going to be lower today. What happened to the 157.2 I saw about ten days ago? Nothing has changed, I have been in a constant deficit of at least 500 cals with maybe one or two days at maintenance. Yesterday I ate just over 1000 calories and burnt about 450 at the gym and went to bed hungry π My trend line on Libra is now going up not down and it says n/a where the date for my goal weight should be.

03/04 - 211.4 up 1.0lb from Friday but that is the way my weekends go. Got out for a walk and did W1D1 of couch 2 5k. Total 5.5km. Food good and plenty of water
03/05 - 210.0 - food good apart from one crepe with Nutella. At least it was only one. It is usually at least 3 on Pancake Tuesday. Small walk and a Pilates class
03/06 - 210.4 - that pancake! Not much exercise but I hit my steps and was ok foodwise.

03/05 β 214 I wasnβt sure how this was going but glad it is lower. I do everything right so always want to see lower. I forgot to mention because I am in another challenge I started trying exercise more, besides the walking I do when I get the grandson. I started Sunday, the body is sore but it still feels good.
03/06 β 214.6 oh well the joys of weighing every day up and down. I am starting to let these small amounts bother me. However, all that matters is the end results. I have been exercising and eating right so not going to worry about an increase or make any excuses. On to the next day.

Okay so I am back again starting afresh with my new scales. Iβve had a really rough time of it lately with my personal life and then giving up smoking (16th day of going cold turkey, whoop!) and I have just been eating terribly, now itβs time to focus on loosing weight again so here I am.

03/04- 227.4- fast day today, I would like to reach 10,000steps, itβs not raining so no excuses!
03/05- 224.4 whoosh, still up 4lb since before I decided to quit smoking. Yesterday was a success in my books, 770cals in, 15800 steps, in bed by 10pm. I did struggle to get to sleep and stay asleep so feeling tired today. Today's goals are to stay under 1700cals.
03/06- 225.8- I ate very late night last night which could explain the bigger than usual gain. 8500steps, 1350cals, not enough sleep again. Today is a fast day, I want to get over 10,000 steps today x
03/07- 224.0- A good day yesterday, 11,000steps, 3200cals out, 600cals in. I feel so tired though, I was in bed at 10pm last night but yet again struggled to sleep and when I did then my 1yr old was up a lot feeling poorly bless him. This week I am averaging 6hr45min sleep which I just don't think is enough. Today my goals are to stay under my 1700cal goal, I'm not too bothered about steps but it would be nice to get above 7000, but if I need a nap whilst my baby is down il take it. Have a good day all X

Life took over the last few weeks with the girls' competition, weekend away with the grandkids, continuing building works and so so busy! Too much going on - I need to find a little bit of time to look after me!
So I'm back again and starting a day late this round but SSSOOO need to get back on track - seem to do so much better when I'm on these challenges.
My target or the round is to be back under 150.....
03/05 - 152.40lb - result of a weekend away with the eldest son, daughter in law and the grandkids and no control over what I ate! Unsurprisingly I don't feel any better for it in any way at all. Food prepped for the day and planning to squeeze in a gym session tonight. Main aim for today is to stay in control and drink plenty of water
03/06 - 151.10lb (down 1.30lb) Happy with this and even managed to build in a pancake last night after tea! Onwards and downwards!
03/07 - 150.80lb (down 0.30lb) all going well and just about fitted in time some me time yesterday between work, school runs and taking the girls to cheer practice as well to go for a walk yesterday so did my 10k steps for the day. Still feeling bloated so will keep chugging the water today and am going to try and drink more green tea today rather than my usual coffees and tea. On track to meet my round goal of under 150

03/04 - 136.4 (-2lb) - Off to a quick start! Must have had a light day yesterday or something so am already at goal this round... Let's see if it sticks
03/05 - 134 (-2.4lb) - Woah! OK so there's obviously some water retention/loss stuff happening here. I've gone from being out of action with a shoulder injury and eating a lot of junk, to being totally back on the wagon in terms of food and exercise in the last few days. We will wait to see how this settles over the coming week I think! Zero complaints though haha.
03/06 - 132.9 (-1.1) - The whoosh is slowing a little, which is good. I am eating between 1500-1600kcals a day, so sticking with that for now and am hoping that I'll see the loss from the last few days hold. Clearly just the dramatic change from sweets and biscuits to protein, fruit and veggies! Bye bye water weight. I'm happy though, as I gave myself a goal of 128lb for mid-April which is now looking very achievable.
03/07 - 133.1 (+0.2) - Ok back to reality. I wondered how long the whoosh could last. Very happy with a tiny jump back up considering I started this round almost 3.5lb heavier! Weather is keeping me indoors and I am champing at the bit to get back out to my jogging/hiking. Forecast is not looking good. Otherwise, the week's food prep has been a god send and I am feeling focused and strong.

Thanks all. He has been messaging himself this morning, and says he is already seeing some signs of improvement and has eaten some small amounts. Surgeon is pleased and may or may not discharge him later today, if not tomorrow, to recover at home. So fingers crossed all continues in the right direction. I feel more relieved having heard from him myself, rather than passed on messages.17

Between injury and lymph nodes swelling up again had a bit of a free for all on the food yesterday so scale soared from the carbs and sodium, went for a couple of walks for fresh air.

Scale dropping again after the weekend's food. Rib injury seems to have eased off (bumped it on the plate at the bottom of the pole at my class on Friday) and my lymph nodes seem to have calmed down again. Today's goals are to get my rest day steps in, eat under maintenance and hit my macro goals.

And the water weight is off no rowing this morning, weather didn't look to great so I went for a run last night instead. Was just under maintenance yesterday and hit my macro goals, so I call that a good day. Goal today is to get out for a walk at lunchtime and eat my planned meals.

Well I don't know if I have just been dehydrated last 2 days (I don't think I have) but there was some drop on the scale the last 2 days compared to normal, I've checked my scale with some dumbbells and all seems to be in order. I did start taking some electrolyte supplements, so maybe they just helped release some of the water I've been carrying over shark week, workouts and recent flying. Today's goals are to get some strength training and steps in.

Posting really late today. I've been having a craving and just checked and TOM is due this week, so that would explain that and maybe also my tiredness. I tried to satisfy the craving it over the weekend and went waaaay over calories. But now I know what I'm dealing with.
This month is going to be difficult, my last days in London this week, so I'm nervous about the move, new job and have a fair bit of travelling back and forth on top of being in temporary accommodation, new supermarkets etc.
Anyway, trying to find motivation to stick with my goals and keep doing what I need to go do get this weight down.

Today is a rest day and date night, not a great combination. But I need a rest day and will enjoy the night and not watch my food or drinks. We have our anniversary for starting dating next week and I won't be here. Before that, I have so start actual packing, as in putting stuff in the suitcase, deciding my work outfits for the first couple of weeks. I'll also have a last dash to the shopping centre and should get my steps in that way and will keep my daytime cals to the minimum.

Yesterday, all evening cals were estimated and we had a great night, discussing all things about our move, a new home options etc. I started to actually put stuff in my suitcase. This means it's getting serious...
Today should be a good day, I have a Muay Thai PT session this afternoon so I have all the basics down before I start in a new gym. Otherwise, more packing and getting documents sorted for the new job. Only challenge could be to get my steps in. I'm supposed to run today ( I'm doing a Nike+ run club coached plan) but don't want to do that before the PT session. I'll have time to do that tomorrow instead.

4 March: 124.8 lbs * Thrilled to be back for my second round! I have a few tricky days coming up so I'm thankful to have this challenge to help me stay accountable. My goal this round is to get down to 124 (or my more ambitious goal of 123.8).
5 March: 124 lbs * Quite the dramatic drop. And while technically my Round 70 'goal weight', I don't trust it'll stick around. Seems a bit too good to be true, but we'll see. Best of luck to everyone on the glorious and terrifying Pancake Day. I have calories put aside to indulge for dessert tonight!
6 March: 124 lbs * Day 3 of being in the 124s and I couldn't be happier. Very eager to see the elusive 123s! Since it was a food based day yesterday (Pancake Day!), I put 550 calories aside and ate a giant stack of homemade blueberry pancakes and maple syrup with my husband for dessert last night. This was an important day for me because I showed myself that I can participate in food related days/events without going over my calories and without derailing my progress.
7 March: 123.8 lbs * I'm super surprised about this weigh-in for a few reasons. First, I ate about 90% of my calories very close to my nightly eating cutoff of 8PM (homemade cheese and meat board night with my husband!). Second, I went over my daily calories by about 60 to have a piece of chocolate after all the delicious cheese. Third, my TOTM is due any day now and I've been feeling a bit bloated because of it. I felt everything was working against me and that I'd be up today, so I'm REALLY happy to see the scale go down and give me a taste of my 'ambitious round 70 goal'. Hello 123s! I hope I get to see you again tomorrow.

@jennyhoon Welcome to the discussion. Your exercise is great! I have to agree with @quiltingjaine that losing 15-25 lb. in 10 days doesn't sound reasonable or healthy. Don't be discouraged or disappointed with a smaller number. If you think about it, it's unlikely you ever gained 15-25 lb. in a 10-day period. Just be persistent, and you'll do great!
@sue_01 I wasn't as disciplined as you! It wasn't freezing, but I let the wind deter me from walking today.
