    My stepdaughter did have the Leslie Sansone "Walk Away the Pounds", so now when I don't go to the gym, I can walk at home. Come on everybody, let's start "Moving It and Losing It" :-)

    That truly is!! That's wonderful! Great job. :D

    I did a 2.8 mile power stride this evening and covered I'm not sure how much exact distance earlier throughout the day. My best guess is a total of 4 miles today.

    Did the 1 mile again today. Definately feeling it near my incision. May have to take a day off. We will see. I don't want to do damage.

    I'd like to join also! I love her DVD. Walking is my main form of exercise now; and it's too hot outside. I did 3 miles on Monday, yesterday I just walked around the mall - I have no idea what the distance was.

    You can get the dvd at walmart for like 10 dollars..Its leslie sansone walk away the pounds

    you can get it and do it online too if you are able to workout where your computer is. i take our lap top in the basement and do it.....oh yeah im in too!!!

    Just did 4.8 miles for a total of (let's play it safe) 8 miles between yesterday and today.

    Contemplating another walk this evening, although not as big maybe.

    I'll join...I do walking 3 to 4 times a week...I do the 4 miles and the 5 miles DVD...I love Leslie Sansone...My energy level has gone up ever since I started walking....

    my SW is 252
    my goal weight is 160..

    I didn't get my 2 mile walk in today because I was working all day. I will just have to walk 4 miles tomorrow :-)
