What Mini Goal is motivating you right now!

I've just started my weight loss/exercise journey. I've had 2 babies in the last 4 years and gained roughly 16lbs total between the two. My work started a 'biggest loser' challenge and having the weekly weigh-ins has made having those small weekly goals so attainable. Instead of thinking, I need to lose 15-20lbs, I take it one week at a time and aim for losing 1-1.5lbs a week. It makes it so much easier to focus on losing smaller chunks of weight at a time and also makes you feel that much more accomplished at the end of the week.7

Getting under 180 and losing this baby weight for good !!!5

my mini goal is tied to what I gave up for lent. No eating after 9 p.m. I go to bed so late and I always snack late at night. So far so good - and I feel better!8

All of the James Bond movies are on Netflix right now and I’ve been watching them. And I want to be the girl that Bond has on his arm and he’s giving me the look. I do not want to be the girl where he’s looking at me and thinking that I’m only on his arm because the British government is paying him through the nose. So, looking like a Bond girl is my mini goal. And it is mini because I’m only three pounds away from my goal weight.10

Do pilates, bike, yoga, pool, abs, weights each 2x a week! Anybody is welcome to add me as a friend. Love all these great goals6

To get over this endless cold and feel up to running again, I've felt like a jelly fish on land (can't breathe properly ) all week.
My actual goal is the 9 pounds from one-derland that are staring at me from the scale but without exercise I haven't got the endorphins to feel like I've achieved anything this week.6 -
I'm 3 pounds away from 50 Lost, then another 8 until I hit 250. Big goal I wanted to hit in 1 year. 1 year mark has passed, but I still feel like a winner15

I’m 2 lbs away from mini-goal #1: 20 lbs lost. Two pounds?!? I can do that!10

First goals are get into the 170lb range and to keep consistent on my work-out routine through May. I'm in the 190lbs now...so 20 more to go about. But, before that, my consistency through spring. My last work out routine lasted only 3months. I saw results but quit. Now that I'm back at it, I want to surpass 3 months of work-out consistency...which means staying consistent through May (I started end of January).6

I have two mini goals - one is to get under 170. I’m currently sitting at 171.2 - and have been for nearly a week. This is actually intentional -this is the first time since mid-December that I intentionally decided to eat closer to maintenance to see how it feels.
My second mini goal is to improve my squats and start using the bar at the squat rack. Please be kind - I’ve lived my entire life with knee issues and until now I’ve used mostly machines for lower body workouts -they’ve always felt safer. Trying to remedy that.
My weight was 169.8 this morning!
New mini goal? For my weight to be in the 160s every day for a week. I want to be assuredly out of the 170s.
Also working on back bends and working toward doing a bridge.13 -

To loose weight and be toned. I’m 5’9 and weigh 190 which is horrible! I love to be at 155 or less and easily fit in clothing and look good in pics.5

I have a "skinny" dress that I couldn't bear to get rid of when I gained a lot of weight. I'm less than ten pounds away from the weight I was when I bought it, so I hope to fit into it again in the next few months.8
