    I feel you. I'm 5'2 as well and though I have a lot more to lose than you I generally keep to 1100-1200....very very rarely do i go over that and a lot of times with exercise i net way under. I know people will argue that's not healthy but I'm losing steadily at 1-2 lbs (sometimes less, sometimes a bit more depending on TOM) per week with 70ish left to go so for me it works. I have never been able to eat a lot of calories and the older I get the more strict I have to be with it. Oh to be another 2 or 3 inches taller so I could eat a bit more. Ah well it is what it is.

    Ah yes, age is another culprit. I found I was relatively okay until I hit my early 40s and then my metabolism seemed to grind to a halt, that *kitten*. Plus, as we get older we're more likely to have to take some kind of meds (I'm on Tamoxifen) that can also make it hard to keep weight off.

    Good luck to you; you're doing great! And kudos to you for being able to stick to 1100-1200 cals/day. I feel like when I get that low I want to eat my own arm. But I know I'll be down in that range as time rolls on....

    This last week is the first week where my motivation and determination have just gone. I've been fighting some major cravings and urges to binge this week.
    I suppose it's a little natural to be disappointed that there isn’t a 2lb weight loss, but given the week I had it’s actually amazing that it’s a 0.2lb loss.
    I’m trying not to think too much into it. As hard as the battle inside my head was this week at least I didn’t give in to the cravings and have not put weight on.
    I’m feeling better now than I did so looking forward for the upcoming week. I’ve got a PT session tonight and they always make me feel amazing. So hopefully I’m off to a great start.

    Getting there! Surprised at how much I lost this week. Last weekend was a bit heavy for me but I made sure to exercise this week and came in way under my calorie goal a few times. I'm pleased! <3

    I actually flipped over to maintenance calories since I'm having some less than pleasant side effects from giving blood...so probably another week, possibly two at this level depending on how I feel...I definitely won't lose the whole 10 lbs but I do want to keep tracking.

    Still having to eat so as not to faint, and still trying to eat more rather than limiting calories...but, down to 158.8 this week and I can see more definition in my waist and smaller love handles, so the fat is going away a bit.

    I checked the scale on Friday and I was 225.6 - wahoooooo!
    Ok, I will count that as my starting weight. Win/Win for me either way.

    So, a big drop this week but can’t take all the credit as I’m recovering from a nasty stomach bug. 🤢 I am expecting the scale may actually go up next week!

    As expected the scale went up after recovering, but still down from week one, so I’ll take it! Gotta keep the momentum going, which is sooo hard..,
