    Currently debating whether to enter a 5k race in July. Might try a couple of park runs and see how I feel. Since having my knee operation I've only ran on a treadmill. I think the spring sunshine is making me want to run outside again!

    But be very careful. And I am eating and eating. I am really scared to weigh tomorrow :)

    TonyB, when you say walk on steps, do you mean stairs in your house? Or someplace outside with steps? I'm curious because I am trying to think of creative ways to get exercise inside. Though I definitely couldn't go up and down my stairs for that long!
