@brittlb07 I was thinking the same thing! If I make goal at Easter, then I want to lose another 15 and need a second challenge! Summer Bodies challenge? After all it will be the months heading from Easter into pool season...

Sounds great to me!!! If I meet my Easter goal, I’ll be 125.6. I leave for our family vacation June 4. I’d love to be 118 by then!!!!!!!!!! But that’s only six weeks for me so even 120 would be awesome! It’s been before babies I’ve seen that. But I’m short!

How about a Mothers' Day challenge? Or, that may be too US-centric. I have to give myself really small goals. Since one BMI point is 7 lbs for me, I usually think in 3-7 lb increments.

I apologize if this is a repeat, but I was in the last group “Mini Challenge: 10 pounds down by Valentine’s Day” and had a lot of success! I was hoping to find another 10 pound challenge and didn’t have luck. So I thought I’d start one! Anyone interested? Easter is April 21, so that’s about a pound per week!

I was thinking I’d post my weekly updates on Friday!

    Ultimate Starting Weight: 146 lbs
    Challenge Starting Weight: 135.6 lbs
    Goal by Easter: 125 lbs

Hmmmm, you would have to lose 1 pound a week and at only 135, it seems more reasonable that you would lose a half a pound a week at best.

A 6 week challenge could be good coming off this two month one (or a super short one for Mother’s Day like another poster suggested). Just like a top up that would set us up for summer! So maybe just a couple of pounds to aim for, since as I approach goal (125) each pound is a tougher fight and seems to take longer.

Already down to 129.6. I have 4.6 left and over a month to go. I’m right on track. But thanks!

Rough week! Besides work I had a bunch of events, conferences, and family stuff happening. Didn’t make my St. Patrick’s Day goal and I am1 pound up but life has been really busy so I’m not too upset. It happens, next week more focus on veggies and drinking enough water 🥬🥦💦💧

Also only 5 more weeks- to loose 7 pounds. 😳 Even though that sounds scary we’ve got this. God willing!

So my weight fluctuates ALOT, to the point where it could be TOM, constipation, DOMS, carb loading etc. I'm still hoping that I can stay the course and stick to my deficit, because I keep eating at maintenance! Aiming to stick to 2050 calories.

    Starting Weight (11/17) : 200 lbs
    Challenge Starting Weight: 145 lbs
    Easter goal weight: 135 lbs

    02/25: 143.6 lbs
    03/04: 144.8 lbs
    03/11: 145.4 lbs
    03/18: 143 lbs

FINALLY making some progress. This has been a tough few weeks mentally. I'm glad I kept adhering to my calorie target even though the scale was not showing any progress for my effort.

This happens to me often. I’m stagnant and then BOOM I lose a pound or more. I’ve read about the “whoosh” effect. I don’t know what it is but I just trust the process!!!!!!!
