    This! My family is always on a fad diet kick like no sugar and just eat salads and I’m like you don’t have to eat like that to lose weight. I’ve explained calorie counting to my family so much and they still don’t understand.

    I'm sure it started before I saw it, but I first saw that on a show where they pitted different diets against each other. The keto guy was kinda crazy with some of his suggestions kinda like that. Put like 2 tablespoons in the coffee... blech!
