Mother Nature gave us an early April Fools yesterday by having it snow. Today it's icy and there's still snow so we're still bring fooled.

Hi!
New here, but have been on this journey since August 2018. I’m 52 and am interested in defining my muscles a little more. In the last 3 months of 2018 I managed to drop about 45 lbs with a Keto lifestyle and intermittent fasting.

Woo hoo. I get to play in the championship match next Monday for my afternoon curling league. I finally get to play with the super nice guy who organizes the league and another lady who has become a friend. I might get my name on another trophy... 🤞5

Back to normal for me after the kids were home for spring break last week. It was not my best day, but focused on the main lifts and did my best. Happy Monday! 🙃2

Been working hard these past two days, loads of exercise in the gym and really keeping tabs on what I am eating, I know it's only Tuesday but with 3 night shifts ahead of me I have to work twice as hard to get everything in and still manage to work.
Going to try and get to the gym or go for a swim every day, 30 minutes minimum.
It's going to be hard but I need to do it for Myself first and foremost2
